PAC specializes in manufacturing high quality advanced composite components and assemblies. Our meticulous craftsmanship enables us to achieve the high quality that the aerospace industry demands. PAC has expertise and competencies in:  advanced composites, engineered tooling, composite autoclave and out-of-autoclave (OAC) pre-preg tooling, pre-preg layup and processing, composite part manufacturing and production, first article prototyping and process development, Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding (VARTM) tooling, composite part finishing, and autoclave and high temperature curing, 5-axis CNC composite part trimming and drilling and composite assembly.

Encompassing over four decades of precision 5-axis CNC machining experience, PAC provides the expert knowledge to deliver precision parts and tooling to our customers on time. Our range of five 5-axis CNC’s allow us to run projects in parallel providing greater working capacity and adhering to stringent customer schedules. Our largest 5-axis machine gives us the capability to precisely mill up to a 20’ X-axis by 10’ Y-axis by 5’ Z-axis envelope.

PAC’s precision 5-axis CNC machining services include part manufacture, layup tooling, trim & drill vacuum fixtures, and composite part trimming & drilling.  PAC also offers a wide variety of materials it can machine for client’s project needs including low density foams, tooling and modeling boards, high density urethane, aluminum, steel, Invar and other metal alloys.
